Composite roller shell is made of polypropylene, Quartz sand, carbon black, high hardness powders etc 16 kinds of materials.It is thermoformed by patented technology.
Roller shell and bearing housing are by special double end boring machining.The machine adopts double cutter, double system control, single knife adjustment, a clamping and cutting independent ends.Non tolerance tight fit assembly of roller body and bearing seat, processing concentricity is less than 0.02mm.
Composite roller's structure : composite shell, composite bearing housing, metal shaft, bearing C&U brand and TK type seals.

Clients conducted a noise test on the metal roller and composite idler roller at the site of use of the conveyor CV371. At the belt speed of 6m / s, under normal working conditions, the metal roller noise was ≥ 80db; composite Roller was ≤ 70db.

4. Maximize Bearing Life ≥80000hrs(L10)
C&U Bearings used in our rollers shall be single row deep grove ball bearings manufactured by C&U(C&U is professional manufacturer for precision and low noise bearing, the quality is same as SKF& NSK) , Standard specification bearings shall be lubricated and fitted with an internal shield both sides –2RS1.

5. Anti-material sticky & Anti-static
when the conveyor running, the static material were sticked on the steel roll surface, which caused corrosion the roller, wear the belt, belt deviation problem , tearing the belt, belt overloading capacity, waste motor power. Because of our composite roller is anti-static, anti- material sticky, there are no electromagnetic dust attraction, it can protect the belt and save cost.

6. Anti-corrosion anti-acid and alkali
In tianjin coal terminal, humidity, high salinity, poor environment, the parts temperature is about 50 degree in summer. In 2014 , they installed composite rollers, until now the composite rollers are working very well.

7. High Anti-magnetic properties
The composite rollers were installed under the superconducting iron separator section in Tianjin coal terminal, the opration of the superconducting iron revomer reaches 30000GS. After 12 months, there was no influence on composite roller, the stainless steel roller working life is less than 6 months.
